On the 25th of September, 1993, Brandin Cooks was born in Stockton, California, a town where he was raised along with his three brothers by their mother, Andrea Cooks after the death of his father, Worth Cooks.

With a number of outstanding performances through all his years in high school at Lincoln High School, Stockton, California, Brandin Cooks was highly rated while playing football during his teenage years. However, he decided to further his education in college at the Oregon State University where he played his college football.

Whilst studying at Oregon State University, Brandin Cooks played college football and achieved a lot of successes during his playtime. At the end of the 2012-13 season, Cooks was announced as the winner of the Fred Biletnikoff Award. He is the second ever to claim the award in the University as well as winning the Consensus All-American award of 2013.

At the Round 1; Pick 20 of the 2014 NFL Draft, Brandin Cooks was picked by the New Orleans Saints. Later, he signed a contract of four years with the NFL side. As the season progressed he continued to display a series of wonderful performances, making the debut season of his NFL career a success.

New England Patriots traded Brandin Cooks from New Orleans Saints in 2017 while he made his debut six months later in September, against Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL Kickoff Game. That season the team finished as the 1st seed in the AFC as Cooks helped the team with another beautiful execution by winning the AFC Championship and the Super Bowl.

Los Angeles Rams (2018–present)

After just one season with the Patriots, Brandin Cooks was traded for the second time in two years to Los Angeles Rams on a five year deal.

In July 2018, Brandin Cooks exchanged marital vows with his long term girlfriend Briannon Lepman and they have since been together.

Brandin is the youngest of all four boys had by his parents. Due to the death of their father, the boys struggled past a turbulent life while growing. From his eldest brother Fred, who started working after their father’s death to Worth Jr, who couldn’t complete his high school after becoming a father at a juvenile age to Andre who was a regular convict, Brandin’s life could not have been much better.

According to him, his motivation to become better comes from the joy he derives by making his family proud. Nevertheless, he continues to appreciate the love shown to him by his family although they never had a fairy tale beginning.
