Carson Wentz’s Childhood & Early Life
Wentz was born in Raliegh, North Carolina to his parents Doug Wentz and Cathy Domres. He has two siblings, both of whom are also boys called Duke Domres and Zach Wentz. Doug, his father, had a college career as a linebacker at Northern State, and these could be said to be where Carson developed his interest and passion for football and sports generally.
When Carson was three years old, his family moved to North Dakota. It was in this thriving state that Carson developed and honed his skills as a quarterback and a defensive back, playing football both in Century High School and making a career off it in college and professionally.

College Career
Carson began his football career in college when he played for the University of North Dakota. He began redshirting as a freshman in the year 2012 and started as the backup quarterback to Brock Jenson. There, Wentz completed all of his passes (8 of them) for 93 yards and got his first touch down in relief of Jenson. Then he went on to finish his season.
In 2014, Wentz became the Bisons starting quarter during his junior year. Soon after, in 2015 he led North Dakota into a 15-1 record. Other victories were also in his pocket as he helped his team to get ahead.

During this game, he threw for 278 passing yards and two touchdowns leading to 29-10 score and victory to the Eagles.
