On January 20, 1989, Nicholas Foles was born to his father, Larry Foles and mother, Melissa Foles in Austin, Texas, United States. Nicholas, the only son of his parents along with his sisters were raised at their place of birth as their parents worked in a restaurant. In 2007, he completed his high school education at Westlake.

Showing prospects of being good at football, Nick also played basketball well at the time. Deciding to study Communication, he attended the Arizona State University, transferred to Michigan and then completed his degree program at Arizona.

Although Nick Foles started his degree program at Arizona State University, he ignited his college football career after his transfer to the University of Michigan. Upon his return to Arizona, he became a player who started regularly for the team. In college, he attended the Alamo Bowl in 2010 and finished the season with a clean record. He then led the team to a number of victories with his tremendous performances.

Philadelphia Eagles (2012–2014)

At the Round 3, Pick 88 of the 2012 NFL Draft, Nick Foles was picked by the Philadelphia Eagles. Later, he signed a contract of four years with the NFL side. A week after the selection, Nicholas Foles made his NFL debut against Dallas Cowboys as a substitute but started in the next game even though the game ended as a loss. However, the next feature gave him the result he would have dreamed of although without having much impact. In the next game though, Foles had much more contribution in the game as he produced the game-winning touchdown. The season ended for Foles as he spent the remainder on the sidelines due to injury.

Into the 2013 season, Nick Foles faced competition from his team rival Michael Vick and was in no match for him. After an injury sustained by Vick, Foles found his way back to the pitch and coupled with some outstanding performances he won the NFC most offensive player of the month. Afterwards, he sustained an injury that suspended him for some weeks.

Upon his return, he put together some good performances as well as setting a new individual record in a game after he played 6 touchdowns in just one game. That month, he again picked up the NFC offensive player of the month award. That season he established himself as a king passer recording high pass rates and then setting a new NFL record of being the 1st quarterback to post over 149 pass ratings in two successive weeks. That season, Foles assisted the Philadelphia Eagles to win the NFC East division title.

In the 2014 season, Nick Foles won the 2014 Pro Bowl Offensive MVP award and performed much more consistently in the 2014 season until he suffered collar bone injury which put an end to his season. Even at that, he still helped Eagles to win the NFC East division title and then completed second in the NFC.

St. Louis Rams (2015)

Nick Foles signed with St. Louis Rams in March 2015 and made his debut against Seattle Seahawks, where he produced the winning goal after setting up a bright pass. However, after struggling to cope with the side along with lack of enough game time, Nicholas Foles opted for a transfer.

Kansas City Chiefs (2016)

In 2016, Nicholas Foles completed a transfer move to Kansas City Chiefs, putting up some notable performances at many games for Kansas City Chiefs. With that, it is surprising that a 2nd-year contract was denied by the Chiefs.

Philadelphia Eagles (2017–2018)

In March 2017, Nick Foles returned to the Eagles where his NFL career kicked off in 2012 and played his professional debut after a transfer from the Chiefs. Displaying fantastically, he helped the Philadelphia Eagles win the 2017 Super Bowl while he won the Super Bowl MVP title.

In 2018, after an agreement to be a regular starter in the quarterback role, Nick Foles signed a new upgraded contract with Philadelphia Eagles. He went on with his brand of killer passes as he won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week and set a new stint as the highest passes in a single game. However, Foles spell with the Eagles ended in 2019 as he secured a free transfer move to Jacksonville Jaguars.

Jacksonville Jaguars (2019–date)

On signing for the Jaguars in March, Foles made his debut against his former team Kansas City Chiefs and played well till he suffered an injury, one which had him out of action for a while. His return to action was marked by a loss but not without another mouth-watering performance.
