Terence Allen Crawford was born on the 28th of September, 1987, in Omaha, Nebraska, United States, to Debbie and Terry Crawford.

Lightweight

Bud has had a very successful career in the world of boxing. He has been voted as a boxer of the year twice by ESPN and once by the Boxing Writers Association.

Since 2018, Crawford has been ranked as the World’s second most active boxer. He defends the first-ever male boxer to hold all four major world titles in Boxing (WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO) occurring at the same time.

Welterweight

As long-planned by Terence Crawford, he officially stepped up to the welterweight divisions after vacating his light-welterweight titles in the WBO.

As common with boxing, a challenger to his title emerged as Jeff Horn. The Australian who defeated Gary Corcoran was scheduled to contend Crawford in 2018.

Late in 2018, Kavaliauskas stated that he wanted to fight the best in the division, and he called on Crawford. Joining the fight train, former world champion Luis Collazo also desires a bout with Terence Crawford.

By December 2018, Top Rank reportedly offered Amir Khan, a former unified welterweight champion, $5 million, in guaranteed purse and PPV revenue percentage to fight Crawford.

On April 20, 2019, the match between Crawford vs Khan took place. 40 seconds into the sixth round, Crawford defeated Khan via TKO.
